Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept Medicare patients?
Yes! We gladly accept Medicare patients. If you have Medicare coverage, we’ll help you understand what services are included and guide you through the process to make everything as simple as possible.
How much time should I plan for my new patient exam?
Please allow about 60 minutes for your initial visit. This gives us plenty of time for a thorough evaluation, discussion of your health history, and creating a personalized care plan.
Do I need X-rays or imaging before starting treatment?
If you already have recent X-rays or imaging (taken within the last 6 months) related to your condition, feel free to bring them. If we believe additional imaging would help guide your care, we’ll discuss that with you during your evaluation.
How long does an adjustment take?
A typical chiropractic adjustment usually takes about 20 minutes.
Do you treat workers' compensation or motor vehicle accident patients?
Yes, we do! If you’re coming to us through a work-related injury or an auto accident, we’re here to help you recover. To make your first visit easier, please complete the appropriate new patient paperwork on our Online Forms page.
Are Muscle Stimulation and Ultrasound Therapies covered by insurance?
Coverage for these therapies can vary depending on your insurance plan and the reason for treatment. In many cases, they are covered when deemed medically necessary as part of your chiropractic care. We’ll verify your benefits and review everything with you before starting, so there are no surprises.
Is Shockwave Therapy covered by insurance?
Unfortunately, Shockwave Therapy isn’t covered by insurance at this time. The cost is $100 per session. We’ll be happy to answer any questions and discuss the details with you before starting treatment, so you know exactly what to expect.
